Elizabeth Lewis is a certified stress management teacher/consultant (cht), approved teacher of the Midwest Institute for Forgivness Training, licensed 1-on-1 HeartMath® Provider and life coach. Her personal vision and mission: helping individuals and organizations to define what they truly want. And then providing them with the understanding and tools to get and sustain it.
Elizabeth offers a wide variety of heart and soul-based stress managment, healing art, healing writing and HeartMath® programs designed to help individuals and organizations improve focus and productivity, lower stress, anxiety and anger levels, enhance "out-of-the-box" thinking, boost energy, and more.
A dynamic motivational/inspirational, Elizabeth travels widely presenting lectures and programs on a wide variety of topics such as stress management, soulful aging, healing without cure, the healing power of art, the chakras, St. Francis, creating a personal vision/mission statement, and more.
Elizabeth leads yearly tours to Villa Pieve in the Umbria Region of Italy. The healing and meditation tours are inspired by the spirit of St. Francis of Assisi and include historical sites connected to that saint. Tour participants have the opportunity to call Villa Pieve (www.pieve.com) home for 14 days, while experiencing the food, wines, olive oil and art of the Umbria and Tuscany regions; the tours highlight behind-the-scenes sites rarely seen by the public.
